We are a trusted leader in facilities management, serving top-tier clients across critical sectors. Currently, we are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to support the Projects and Lifecycle PM Teams across the FM portfolio.
This role involves supporting FM Contracts across the South, programming and scheduling work packages, and monitoring performance to meet operational, commercial, and customer targets. Occasional travel and nights away may be required.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, track, and monitor Capital Works and Lifecycle Programmes.
- Create resource models aligned with programmes, including risk analysis scenarios.
- Assist senior management with delivery performance, providing weekly and ad hoc reports.
- Support project teams to deliver customer-focused services through robust processes.
- Liaise with SQS and commercial managers to monitor performance criteria.
- Update project tracking and reporting software, review performance, and implement improvements.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in developing and managing construction programmes.
- Minimum of HNC (Building/Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant Degree, with 5 years’ experience.
- H&S qualification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS).
- CSCS card or equivalent.
- Ability to achieve enhanced DBS and SC security clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
- Change Management skills.
This role requires security clearance and may have UK residency requirements. Dual or multiple nationalities should be declared. Persons not meeting residency or clearance requirements may be ineligible.
