Skanska, one of the worldβs leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team in South East, Essex & Kent.
What you'll do:
- Assist with the procurement of subcontract packages, including preparing tender documents and supporting tender analysis.
- Manage subcontracts, certify payments, and administer changes.
- Identify and analyze changes with the client and supply chain, producing the associated documentation.
- Work closely with project management and construction teams to develop and deliver the project scope.
- Ensure compliance with Skanska standards and procedures regarding commercial activities.
What you'll bring to the role:
- BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with NEC 4 forms of contract.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
