Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, offering mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, utilizing technological solutions to manage our teams efficiently. We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team in London. The purpose of the role is to lead business development into CPM, effectively mobilize, and transition to operations. The role also ensures that CPM’s operational delivery performance aligns with contract obligations and Skanska’s business processes. What you’ll do: Lead bid management, including preparing and proofreading quality submissions. Support estimating for new and existing business. Manage the performance of all subcontractors. Ensure resilience in subcontractor service delivery. Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, optimizing resource use to meet targets. Oversee the company’s health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental performance on contracts. What you’ll bring to the role: Proven experience delivering a Hard Services contract. Experience in business development. Management qualification. Experience managing large commercial sites with a value exceeding £1.5 million per annum. Management experience in service delivery at high-profile offices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and clients. Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding and varied workload. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. #J-18808-Ljbffr
