Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure team in St Neots.

What you'll do:

  • Undertake and oversee subcontractor administration: forecasts, liabilities, payments and change management.
  • Work closely with the operations team for effective cost and value management of materials.
  • Identification and valuation of change, risks and opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance for junior commercial staff and operational staff who you are supporting.
  • Liaise with the site Client representatives on commercial issues, including the agreement of defined costs.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experienced senior quantity surveyor, with main contractor background working on large highways projects.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract and understanding of contractual requirements.
  • MRICS or CICES desirable.
  • Able to work effectively with all disciplines of the site team to deliver results.
