We have 3,300 experts in the UK alone – could joining us be your next career move? Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, delivering mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis. We use innovative technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.

The purpose of this role is to act as Skanska’s first-line representative across multiple sites, delivering planned, breakdown, and emergency maintenance of electrical services throughout the estate. • Follow engineering drawings / specifications for complex installations, ensuring accurate documentation updates via record sheets or CAFM systems to maintain asset data integrity.
  • Lead or support project work such as circuit modifications (e.g., boiler control systems), co‑ordinating between clients and supply chain partners to deliver technically sound solutions.
