We are looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.

What you\’ll do:

  • Conduct HSW site visits (inspections, advisory or engagement) to ensure AMS compliance and record findings on the Alliance reporting platform
  • Support operational teams in developing safety behaviors aligned with the Safer element of LIFE strategy
  • Provide guidance and support for onsite behavioural Safety training and initiatives
  • Engage key stakeholders to identify and plan for organizational behavioral needs
  • Facilitate open communication across all parts of the Alliance
  • What you\’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in Construction or Utilities
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Technician grade membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or above
  • CSCS Safety Professional card
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Working towards chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)
