We are looking for a GIS Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.
What you\’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a talented geospatial team (GIS Analysts, VR (Virtual Reality) Analysts, Data Specialists)
- Develop and implement the GIS & XR (Extended Reality) strategy
- Integrate GIS and champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies and embedding them into day-to-day practice
- Collaborate with suppliers, technical consultants, and internal teams to maximise value from platforms and tools
- Deliver geospatial applications, immersive tools, and data insights that unlock efficiency and enable smarter decision-making
- Promote innovation, EDI, team upskilling and continuous improvement
What you\’ll bring to the role:
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in Geomatics, Geography, Environmental Sciences or Data Science
- Strong experience in GIS roles (analytics, application development, or both).
- Understanding of Common Data Environments and GIS-BIM integration
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS suite
