What you’ll do
- Administration of all bank accounts within the UK business (circa 100), including operational access, online and paper mandates
- Ad-hoc bank KYC checks, opening and closing bank accounts
- Process & support with manual payments where needed
- Partnering with our Group Treasury function, external banks, JV Partner Treasury teams
- Post cash & support with cash posting in Oracle cash management
- Carry out the daily cash flow forecasting processes to Group Treasury ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Carry out the month Consolidated Bank Reconciliation Statement & FER
- Support the line manager in providing external auditors with bank reconciliations, statements, process walkthroughs, signatory information
- Support the development, implementation & maintenance of strong UK treasury-related policies in line with group standards
- Support Treasury technology (ERP, Excel etc) and process improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role
- Finalist for professional accounting qualification
- Technical accounting skills and finance experience
- Knowledge and experience of financial reporting tools (ERP and Excel), data management and analysis
- Knowledge and competence of account reconciliation & validation, risk awareness, mitigation & critical thinking
- Collaboration & business partnering skills
- Time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Identifying and managing training and development of self and others
