We are looking for a Commercial Controller to join our Building Services commercial team in our head office in Watford or Moorgate. You will be responsible for administering commercial governance and activity across the FM project portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Support Senior Commercial managers and Projects Commercial Director in the development of any new, adopted, or adapted commercial processes and procedures.
- Support Projects Commercial Director with rollout of commercial transformation workstream improvements to Oracle ERP system.
- Monitor the subcontractor payment process in accordance with Duty to Report / Governments Prompt Payment targets, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment.
- Support with monitoring project cash performance and month end CVR.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience of working within the facilities management sector.
- Experience of working with internal stakeholder groups such as commercial and central finance representatives.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Experience of Oracle or financial management system.
- Experience and general understanding of CAFM systems.
- Competent Computer skills including use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular be at an advanced level for Excel.
- Capacity to meet tight deadlines.
