We are currently looking for an Emerging Talent Manager in our Human Resources department. In Human Resources we design and deliver talent, learning and inclusion programmes that attract, develop and retain the people who make our projects possible. Together, we build careers, shape futures and create a workplace where everyone belongs.
As an Emerging Talent Manager, you will:
- Use a variety of sourcing tools to attract and recruit the best talent for Skanska’s emerging talent vacancies with clear focus on social value and growing diversity in applications and hires.
- Based on relevant data, market insights and trends, use your initiative to design advertising campaigns and develop partnerships with recruitment marketing organisations, educational establishments, social enterprises, and other relevant partners.
- Design and deliver ‘Experience Skanska’ programmes e.g. careers insight days, work experience and T-level placements to inspire young people to consider working at Skanska.
- With clear focus on positive candidate and hiring manager experience, manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines e.g. Civil Engineering, Environment, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical and Electrical, Data.
