We are looking for a Project Manager - Electrical to join our Building Services Team located in London. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager responsible for the project, you will effectively and professionally lead the day‑to‑day management within a large scale multi‑disciplinary commercial project, including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning and project handover.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure full compliance of design, engineering, construction and commissioning processes.
- Add value to the design process by challenging solutions, methods and techniques where appropriate to deliver works within the contract programme, improve build ability and reduce whole life costs and carbon.
- Develop and administer controls on the project or workplace and ensure full implementation and compliance.
- Ensure lessons learnt are captured and shared with the wider business for consideration on future projects.
- Understand, develop, scrutinise and monitor end‑to‑end programme.
- Responsible for creating Plan Bs in relation to specific package responsibility.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Appropriate knowledge and experience to manage multiple disciplines/interfaces and work sequencing.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering within a team on large‑scale MEP contracts.
- Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS.
- Proven track record in leading teams and projects.
