About the Role

You will be working in the Building Services OU based at Royal Derby Hospital, responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the project is compliant with all PFI contractual obligations.
- Lead on the compilation and submission of the monthly Performance Monitoring Report in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Implement processes for regular audit and self‑monitoring of all PFI contract requirements, evidencing compliance.
- Analyze trends and areas for improvement identified through the monthly report and provide support to the wider team.
- Manage daily/weekly jeopardy, including review of CAFM system to ensure timely closure of tasks, highlighting areas of potential risk and identifying mitigation avenues.
- Calculate Unavailability deductions accurately and record and report within the monthly Performance Monitoring Report.
Qualifications
- Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience & training.
- Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function.
- Likely to have 5 years business experience or be a fully qualified professional.
- Experience of auditing/monitoring function.
- Ability to focus on customer/Stakeholder management.
