About the Role

You will be working in the Building Services OU based at Royal Derby Hospital, responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the project is compliant with all PFI contractual obligations.
  • Lead on the compilation and submission of the monthly Performance Monitoring Report in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Implement processes for regular audit and self‑monitoring of all PFI contract requirements, evidencing compliance.
  • Analyze trends and areas for improvement identified through the monthly report and provide support to the wider team.
  • Manage daily/weekly jeopardy, including review of CAFM system to ensure timely closure of tasks, highlighting areas of potential risk and identifying mitigation avenues.
  • Calculate Unavailability deductions accurately and record and report within the monthly Performance Monitoring Report.

Qualifications

  • Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience & training.
  • Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function.
  • Likely to have 5 years business experience or be a fully qualified professional.
  • Experience of auditing/monitoring function.
  • Ability to focus on customer/Stakeholder management.
