We are looking for a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Building team based in Cambridge to support the implementation of and delivery of both information management and digital technology processes for the development of a major commercial project in Cambridge.
What you’ll do:
- Support the development of the BIM Execution Plan and resources.
- Manage and implement Skanska’s Information Management Workbook with design, commercial, planning, information control, carbon, fire, and external teams.
- Mobilise project information and digital technologies in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan and ensure consultants and supply chain comply.
- Conduct coordination workshops, federate 3D models, report issues, and run meetings for collaborative solutions.
- Provide training, on-site information and digital technology troubleshooting and support.
- Oversee COBie data collection, analysis, and reporting at each exchange per project requirements.
- Track and report against key project KPIs and stay updated with the latest industry and digital trends to benefit the project.
We’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of the UK BIM framework, ISO 19650 and other information management standards.
- Knowledge of the built environment to work with teams to define information requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in the delivery of information management, particularly IFC.
- Skilled in using Autodesk suite, other software and site-based tools such as Solibri, Revizto, Office365 and PowerBI.
