We are currently looking for an Associate HR Business Partner for the Midlands & Cambridge healthcare projects (Mansfield, Derby, Walsall, Cambridge), supporting the HR Business Partner for the Sector.
As the Associate HR Business Partner, you will:
- Demonstrate role modelling of, and be ambassador for, HR business partnering across your areas.
- Be the first point of call for, and support line managers with all employee relations matters effectively to promote a high-performance culture.
- Develop a thorough understanding of how the FM projects are commercially viable and add value through people related activities.
- Utilise people data to measure and improve project performance.
- Lead resource forecasting for your dedicated areas to understand future requirements and implement strategies to address.
- Work in collaboration with the Resourcing team to offer robust governance and benchmarking to support an effective recruitment process.
- Effectively champion the engagement survey and outputs to leverage engagement levels across the sector and work with Directors and project leaders on areas which require intervention.
- Actively support and work within the HR Service Delivery model, in partnership with HR specialist functions.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner for the Healthcare Sector, and the wider HR operations teams, to identify trends and put in place solutions that enable business performance.
We are looking for:
- Proven delivery in the key areas of generalist HR, including considerable employee relations experience. Business partnering experience is desirable.
- Experience of working on talent development and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Good knowledge of employment law, with some experience of practical application of this in a business environment.
- Good influencing and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building credible relationships.
- Resilient - able to face challenges proactively and comfortable dealing with project management teams and competing priorities.
- Experience of working with operative and staff populations would be an advantage.
