As the Associate Recruitment Manager you will:
- Manage the process for launching vacancies, from request through to advert, ensuring hiring managers and senior leaders are kept up to date.
- Proactively support the relevant business area in recruitment controls, championing associated processes across the project with a cost-conscious mindset.
- Support the continuous improvement of the resourcing service, proactively researching and identifying best practice initiatives and delivering as appropriate against defined requirements.
- Support the resourcing team, demonstrating flexibility as needed to manage demand and other suitable work across the wider people team.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience irrespective of which process they are in, keeping all candidates informed of the process, dispositioning unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.
- Ensure recruitment and redeployment process effectiveness is monitored regularly, checking the accuracy of reports and trackers.
- Drive the EDI agenda across all aspects of the resourcing process, maximising any opportunities to challenge and remove bias or questionable selection decisions.
- Keep up to date with resourcing related employment law and legislation changes.
- Operate with compliance to the General Data Protection Regulations with respect to the storage of, access to and destruction of applicants’ personal data.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency.
- Knowledge of and experience undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Planning and organisation skills.
- Business focus.
- Teamwork and co-operation.
- Good Microsoft Office and systems skills.
