We are excited to launch our Apprentice and Trainee roles, starting in September 2025!

As a Trainee Construction Supervisor, you will join the Building teamβs award-winning public-sector projects which have included Bath Spa University, the Royal London Hospital and Bristol schools.
What you’ll do:
- Assisting in the daily control, management, and coordination of site activities
- Keeping a detailed diary of works planned and carried out by sub-contractors
- Ensuring our sub-contractors are working to the latest programme of works, are signed up to the relevant method statements and checking they understand what is required
- Contributing to site progress meetings
- Building positive working relationships with sub-contractors
- Solving issues on site and monitoring risks
- Ensuring health & safety is adhered to, including site inspections, and conducting site inductions.
- Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is received, reviewed and communicated where necessary
- Logging and resolving any defects found and challenge current methodology by putting forward innovative ideas
- You will be involved in all aspects of construction project delivery from concept design, through to construction, commissioning, validation handover and into operation.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- You will need to hold 5 GCSEs at Grades 4-9 including Maths and English. You will ideally hold a level 3 qualification (A levels, BTEC or their equivalent)
- You should enjoy working with other people
- Enthusiasm to learn and proactive approach to work
- Passion for construction and making a difference

What qualification will you be studying towards?
Initially, you will be studying a level 4 qualification in Construction Management at a nominated local college or University, with the option to progress to a level 6 qualification afterwards.
