Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.
What you'll do:
- Lead the site based Supervisors, Delivery Teams and relevant areas of the supply chain to manage construction projects through the lifecycle.
- Timely completion of projects, safely, to specification and within budget.
- Operationally responsible for ensuring all site base personnel hold relevant qualifications and training to carry out their duties.
- Providing input into & co-ordinate temporary works designs in accordance with partner company policies and procedures.
- Strive for projects to be delivered ahead of agreed programmes whilst maintaining SHEQ standards and within budget.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Knowledge and Experience in the water industry
- Certificate in Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- Degree, NVQ 6 or HND level qualifications
- Extensive experience in M&E/construction industry
