Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the site based Supervisors, Delivery Teams and relevant areas of the supply chain to manage construction projects through the lifecycle.
  • Timely completion of projects, safely, to specification and within budget.
  • Operationally responsible for ensuring all site base personnel hold relevant qualifications and training to carry out their duties.
  • Providing input into & co-ordinate temporary works designs in accordance with partner company policies and procedures.
  • Strive for projects to be delivered ahead of agreed programmes whilst maintaining SHEQ standards and within budget.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Knowledge and Experience in the water industry
  • Certificate in Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Degree, NVQ 6 or HND level qualifications
  • Extensive experience in M&E/construction industry
