We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Anglian Water Infrastructure team in Peterborough.

What you\’ll do:

  • Ensure the @one alliance is provided with both accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts.
  • Ensure effective capture of costs and ensuring all costs are allocated appropriately, including pan-alliance.
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and robust processes and systems are employed to identify, report, and escalate commercial risk, such as early warning notices, to ensure appropriate mitigation is implemented.
  • Assist the Commercial Lead in determining the operational commercial reporting requirements of the @one alliance and work with the Performance Reporting & Systems team and Finance to ensure they are accurate, meaningful, and timely.
  • Self-assurance of commercial data and contractual processes.

What you\’ll bring to the role:

  • Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract.
  • Working in a complex matrix team environment.
  • Awareness of relevant construction and contract law.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
