Our Infrastructure team brings design, build and refurbishment excellence to complex civil engineering projects nationwide – combining technical expertise with a passion for creating lasting value for people and places. We’re working with National Highways on a £679 million transformation of the A428, unlocking faster, smoother journeys between Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge. This project will save precious commuting time, cut carbon emissions and open up long‑term opportunities for local people and businesses.
As the Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for digital integration and development at a framework/project level.
- Liaise with the customers’ Information Management/BIM/Digital teams and design and build contractors and works packages.
- Ensure your project is supported and has adequate resources to deliver against contractual requirements.
- Report project performance and digital delivery adoption to the Head of Digital Delivery, while supporting the implementation and management of digital design control procedures and systems.
- Manage the interface between multiple disciplines to support and develop Skanska Digital Delivery specialists at the project level.
We are looking for:
- Thorough knowledge of the strategic development and implementation of Digital and Data processes on a project and corporate level.
- Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies.
- Good leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with 3D modelling systems and understanding of engineering, data analytics and commercial awareness.
