Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Mobile, Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Building Services team in London.
Responsibilities
- Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.
- To be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
- To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work.
- When required, conduct reactive and Extra Work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA legislation and Our Way of Working.
Qualifications
- A Technical Background, either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
