With a focus on both hard and soft FM solutions, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. We specialize in managing facilities across various sectors, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction. One of our key Building Services contracts is with the MoD near Watford where we deliver hard and soft FM services to our onsite client and within soft services we have a medical reception team who currently seek to hire a new Receptionist.

What you\’ll do:

  • Assist Front Office Manager in the day to day running and general tidiness of both Reception and waiting room areas.
  • Greet all personnel visiting the medical centre in a professional and efficient manner, answer any queries they may have, referring them to the correct member of staff or relevant department within the medical centre.
  • Carry out all Front office documentary procedures in accordance with current authority regulations and policy.
  • Receive and sort official incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handle general enquiries, receipt or acknowledgement, resolution or onward transmission of telephone and other messages and enquiries.
  • Undertake general clerical housekeeping tasks as directed by the Front office Manager.
  • Liaise with MT to arrange routine collections of Specimens.
  • Photocopy medical and legal documents as required.
  • Liaise/communicate as authorised with external agencies both Civilian and Military organisations for service reasons as required.
  • Complete admin tasks through E-Consult.

What you\’ll bring to the role:

  • PC Literate.
  • Have work pride, ethos, positive attitude and the ability to preserve confidentiality.
  • Must be able to obtain SC level Security Clearance.
  • Office Administration background.
  • Experience of working with Military personnel and military protocol.
