The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will supervise and coordinate the planned preventative maintenance, testing, repairs and new installation work covering a wide range of equipment, services, systems and buildings associated with the running of a large building.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the engineering team for all equipment, plant, services and systems across the whole estate.
  • Support the Facilities Management in providing a maintenance service within the estate.
  • Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
  • Work safely on ELV/LV and generated electrical systems in accordance with all statutory electrical regulations and health and safety legislation and regulations as an appointed Competent Person (LV) for SFS.
  • Diagnose faults and coordinate repairs within the PMS time periods for a variety of complex equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations or best practice guidance.

Qualifications

  • BTEC/HNC or City & Guilds Craft certificate or equivalent.
  • Recognised apprenticeship.
  • Certificate in 17th Edition IEE Regulation (Current).
  • Competency as defined by the latest edition of The Electrical Safety Code for Low Voltage Systems for Competent Person (LV).
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant trade experience.
  • Good knowledge of H&S legislation and some knowledge of COSHH.
  • Basic computer skills.

Security Clearance

This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. Applicants must be aware that certain clearances or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Applicants who do not meet the residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required clearance and would not be eligible for this role.
