As the Contract & Performance Manager, you will:
- Demonstrate you have processes in place to prevent any breaches to our reporting obligations under the Project Agreement.
- Support with the evaluation and the efficiency of such controls and improve them continuously.
- Produce reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues and present to SCPM.
- Ensure all mitigations are documented within the compliance update with the appropriate contract and commercial references.
- Keep abreast of contract issues and developments within the company and project as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Identify and raise critical issues to the SCPM and or Regional/Project Director.
- Prepare reports for external regulatory bodies as appropriate including the client.
- On a monthly basis produce and manage a risk report distributed to the SCPM and wider compliance team.
We are looking for:
- Educated to A level or degree level.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of PFI contracts, standards and regulations.
- Experience and knowledge of reporting procedure and record keeping.
- Methodical, analytical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
