Graduate Quantity Surveyor – 2026 – Cambridgeshire

Working as part of our Mechanical, Electrical, & Public Health (MEP) team, potentially working in defence, data centres, external markets and commercial sectors, we are now looking for enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our 2026 development programme and help us shape the future with purpose and innovation.

What you\’ll do:

  • Help minimise the costs of a project to ensure profitability and risk mitigation
  • Build relationships and negotiate with trade contractors and client representatives
  • Support the preparation and completion of site measurement and records, day work sheets, labour and plant returns
  • Procure trade contract packages, including completing detailed tender analysis and preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Assist with the procurement of sub-contract packages
  • Work within the projects commercial team and have responsibility in measuring and quantifying works for cost plan validation, completing interim and final account valuations
  • Prepare contractual documents including preparing scopes and sub-contract warranties
  • Other commercial tasks depending on project needs

What you\’ll bring to the role:

  • Studying towards (in your final year) or having completed a Quantity Surveying degree accredited by the RICS. We will consider applications from other commercially focused or construction qualification backgrounds.
  • Have excellent communications skills and attention to detail
