You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Royal Derby Hospital where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. We're supporting hospitals nationwide, ensuring clean, well-ventilated, and heated spaces that aid patient recovery. We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects.
As the Contracts and Performance Manager, you will:
- Ensure that the project is compliant with all its PFI contractual obligations.
- Lead on the compilation and submission of the monthly Performance Monitoring Report in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Implement processes for regular audit and self-monitoring of all PFI contract requirements and evidencing compliance with the same.
- Analyze trends and areas for improvement identified through the monthly report and provide support to the wider team to make improvements where appropriate.
- Daily/weekly jeopardy management to include review of CAFM system to ensure timely closure of tasks highlighting areas of potential risk and identifying avenues to mitigate the same where possible.
- Calculate Unavailability deductions accurately, record and report within the monthly Performance Monitoring Report.
We are looking for:
- Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience & training.
- Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function.
- Likely to have 5 years business experience and/or be a fully qualified professional.
- Experience of auditing/monitoring function.
- Ability to focus on customer / Stakeholder management.
