We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Cambridge.
What you\’ll do:
- Lead and manage the site construction teams including directly employed operatives within their portfolios to deliver projects.
- Delivery of construction out performance within approved budget and to an agreed time frame – facilitate project construction kick off meeting and lead health checks.
- Seek opportunities to apply Totex methodologies to outperform target costs.
- Understand overall business risks & opportunities and work with IPL/PDM to manage risks & conflicting demands.
What you\’ll bring to the role:
- Experience of managing operational resources in a construction environment
- HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management
- Water Industry construction experience
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme
- Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme
- Alliancing experience would be
