You will be working in the Building Services OU, based in Essex where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.

As the Commercial Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for production of Project or portfolio Forecast and month-end CVR, including cost management, recovery of cost, and commercial entitlements, in line with Skanska OU Guidance.
  • Escalate to the Senior Commercial Manager any disputes or any other commercial matters, and support the Senior Commercial Manager in providing internal Skanska updates on progress.
  • Proactively seek process improvements to meet contract obligations and deliverables.
  • Be responsible for achieving the Government’s Prompt Payment.
