We are looking for a Carbon Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.

What you\’ll do:

  • Set project and portfolio carbon targets with your Business Unit Senior Leadership Team using data-driven insights.
  • Lead the Business Unit’s carbon reduction effort and support teams to hit targets.
  • Champion Stage Solutions: ensure fair carbon baselines and influence low‑carbon solution selection.
  • Drive carbon consideration in Risk Opportunity & Value assessments so the Values Framework is used effectively.
  • Help teams cut carbon during design and construction by validating robust, accurate carbon assessments.
  • Ensure assessments include construction carbon benefits and reflect scope changes.

What you\’ll bring to the role:

Degree-level qualification in a relevant industry field.

Understanding of construction project design and delivery.

Experience in carbon management for capital projects.

Knowledge of industry standards like PAS 2080 and their application in One i.
