We are looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager to join our HR team in Leavesden.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process for launching vacancies, from request through to advert, ensuring hiring managers and senior leaders are kept up to date.
  • Proactively support the relevant business area in recruitment controls championing associated processes across the project with a cost-conscious mind set.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the resourcing service, proactively researching and identifying best practice initiatives and delivering as appropriate against defined requirements.
  • Support the resourcing team, demonstrating flexibility as needed to manage demand and other suitable work across the wider people team.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience irrespective of which process they are in, keeping all candidates informed of the process, dispositioning unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner with appropriate feedback.
  • Ensure recruitment and redeployment process effectiveness is monitored regularly, checking the accuracy of reports and trackers.
  • Drive the EDI agenda across all aspects of the resourcing process, maximising any opportunities to challenge and remove bias or questionable selection decisions.
  • Keep up to date with resourcing related employment law and legislation changes.
  • Operate with compliance to the General Data Protection Regulations with respect to the storage of, access to and destruction of applicants\’ personal data.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency.
  • Knowledge of and experience undertaking the end-to-end recruitment process
