We\’re looking for a dedicated Information Controller to join our Building Operating Unit to work on a major public sector building project based in Huntingdon. This role will be responsible for the management of hard copies of documentation and will therefore need to based on site 5 days a week. This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting.
What you\’ll do:
- Support the accurate and efficient information management of all project-related information, including documentation, models, and drawings across the entire project lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain a robust CDE structure for storing, retrieving, and archiving information.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients regarding information control practices.
- Administer processes for data validation, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CDE structure and workflows.
What you\’ll bring to the role:
- Strong experience in previous Information Control/Information Management roles
- Experience managing Asite as the CDE is preferred.
- Demonstrable understanding and experience of managing MIDPs.
Security Clearance
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role .
