We are looking for an experienced Process Data Consultant to play a critical role in delivering our solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will own end-to-end deployments, combining technical expertise and business acumen to ensure successful adoption of Skan.ai's platform. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers—mapping processes, analyzing data, and driving outcomes that improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementations—requirements gathering, process mapping, deployment planning, and execution.
- Configure and operationalize Skan.ai solutions, ensuring smooth integration with customer environments and alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the primary technical contact and product expert, providing proactive guidance, timely support, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver projects on time, with clear ownership of milestones and deliverables.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), enabling customer Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partners through training and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis using advanced data analytics, log analysis, and process insights.
- Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations to ensure minimal disruption.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve solution robustness.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, requirements, and process maps to support scalability and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with customer SMEs to validate insights and ensure outcomes align with business objectives.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in process intelligence and data analytics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in consulting, process improvement, ideally with process intelligence, process mining, RPA, or BPM tools.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills (statistics, validation, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with IT systems (Windows, Linux), and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Proven ability to translate process data into actionable insights that align with business objectives.
- Track record of managing multiple customer implementations end-to-end, meeting timelines and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging both technical teams and senior executives.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving orientation, and passion for driving business impact through process intelligence.
