About the role

Skai is looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and proactive Revenue Enablement Manager to help our revenue teams build the knowledge, skills, content, and confidence they need to succeed. Reporting to the Director of Revenue & Client Enablement, this person will play an important role in supporting Skai’s global Revenue organization, which includes Sales and client-facing teams (Client Success and Expert Services). You will partner closely with Revenue team leadership and cross-functional teams to turn priorities, product updates, and go-to-market plans into practical learning experiences and field-ready resources. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in sales or in enablement and is ready to take greater ownership of programs, content, onboarding, and stakeholder relationships. You do not need to have done everything before. We are looking for someone with a bias to action who is data driven, curious, results-oriented, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of global enablement programs across sales skills, product knowledge, commercial messaging, competitive positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Turn complex information into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences, including live in person and virtual training sessions, workshops, playbooks, certifications.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, pitch materials, competitive resources, process guides, and other seller-facing content.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support the rollout of product launches, new capabilities, and go-to-market initiatives through training facilitation, communications, and seller resources.
  • Bring recommendations, identify opportunities to improve the learner and seller experience, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
  • Own Skai’s competitive intelligence program, from monthly seller roundtables and field interviews to updated battlecards, positioning guidance, and objection handling.
  • Design, manage, and deliver Revenue onboarding programs, including role-based learning paths, practical application, and certification.
  • Help reinforce new behaviors after training through manager resources, practice activities, communications, and ongoing inspection.
  • Track program participation, content engagement, learner feedback, certification results, and other indicators of effectiveness. Use data and qualitative feedback to recommend improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales operations, product marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B sales or customer-facing organization, preferably within SaaS, advertising technology, marketing technology, digital media, or another complex business.
  • AI curiosity and proficiency, including being comfortable using AI to automate workflows, or building new AI workflows to improve sales processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas easy to understand and deliver sessions that are interactive, relevant, and memorable.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through on details.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • Experience partnering across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across functions, roles, and levels of seniority.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new products, industries, systems, and commercial concepts.

Preferred, but not required

  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales or customer-facing role and applying methodologies such as Challenger Sale, Sandler, MEDDPICC, and/or Value Selling.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Outreach, or similar revenue tools.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid search, paid social, retail media, commerce media, or programmatic advertising.
  • Experience creating or maintaining training materials, sales content, onboarding resources, or internal communications.
  • A clear and engaging communication style, with the ability to make difficult concepts approachable and bring energy to both virtual and in-person training.

The annual salary range for this position is 50,000-60,000 pounds. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant's experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
