What You Will Work On
- Build and refine financial models in Excel, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, and transaction comparables
- Research industries, markets, and macro trends to support potential transactions
- Help prepare pitch books, investor materials, and strategic presentations
- Assist with client documents such as deal decks and financial summaries
- Analyse company performance using earnings reports, filings, and M&A data
- Support business cases, scenario analysis, and transaction structuring across active and internal projects
