We are one of the few major law firms with a London office that can offer a truly integrated trans‑Atlantic team capable of advising on complex high yield and leveraged loan transactions. The strength of our US practice operating out of London, alongside our English, French and German practices, has meant that we have undertaken some of the highest-profile high yield offerings to date.

The Role We operate as a single fully integrated team of English and US lawyers, working hand in hand with the English qualified associates in the London office and in close collaboration with Skadden’s market‑leading US capital markets practice.

Person Specification We are looking for a US qualified capital markets associate with 2‑4 years’ post‑qualification experience, with a focus on equity capital markets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising European and emerging markets based issuers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on complex Equity capital markets transactions, including Initial public offerings, placings, rights issues, and other equity offerings.
  • Support complex equity financings in close collaboration with debt capital markets, banking, and M.
