Cat and Genny ticket required The successful candidate must have the following essential skills: – A minimum of 8 years demolition experience with a broad spectrum of project knowledge. – Relevant Professional Qualifications. – Membership to a chartered body would be desirable. – Strong certified training credentials to support experience is essential. – Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills. – An understanding of SHE regulations. – Ability to manage multiple sites. – Obtain a CCDO Supervisor Gold card as a minimum, supported by NVQ Level 4 – Good communication skills, liaising with subcontractors to coordinate activities – Able to manage control and be commercially aware of your project costs and be able to refer to the tender allowances for the project – Knowledge and ability to produce Site Waste, Environmental and Traffic Management Plans.
