Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 DOE
An established and long-standing law firm in Tamworth is looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Residential Property Conveyancer to join its busy and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who is looking to join a well-established firm with a strong and consistent workflow and the opportunity to become part of a friendly, close-knit team.
You will be joining a team consisting of the Head of Department, two Paralegals and administrative support. The firm is looking for someone who can confidently manage their own residential conveyancing caseload and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be qualified in Residential Conveyancing (this is not suitable for an NQ).
- Ideally have at least 2 years' PQE.
- Have experience managing a residential property caseload independently.
- Be organised, proactive and confident in handling matters from instruction through to completion.
- Have a positive, team-focused approach.
