We are currently seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join our team, ideally based at our exciting new office in Burton upon Trent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or residential property fee earner looking for their next career move, as well as someone who is not yet qualified but has solid experience within residential conveyancing and is keen to develop their career.
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and levels of experience, with the right attitude, knowledge and enthusiasm being just as important as formal qualifications.
The Role
You will be involved in managing a varied residential property caseload, providing a high standard of client care and ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other relevant parties.
- Keeping clients updated throughout the transaction process.
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Delivering excellent client service and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience working within residential conveyancing.
- Are confident dealing with clients and managing property transactions.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have a proactive approach and a genuine desire to deliver excellent client service.
Qualified status is not essential. We are happy to consider experienced non-qualified conveyancers, conveyancing executives, paralegals or legal assistants who have the relevant residential property experience and are looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their career.
