SK Professionals are delighted to be working with a well-established, full-service law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with the appointment of an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a supportive, well-established team where there is genuine scope for progression, development and long-term career growth.
The Role
You will join a strong and established Residential Property team, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
The firm is looking for someone who can come into the role and hit the ground running, with solid experience in residential property and the confidence to manage matters with a good degree of autonomy.
There is scope within the team for guidance, support and training where required, but the key requirement is an experienced conveyancer who already understands the demands of a busy residential property caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Dealing with sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages
- Managing client relationships and providing clear, professional advice throughout transactions
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with required timescales
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive file records
- Identifying and addressing issues throughout the conveyancing process
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong client care and communication skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- The confidence to manage matters from instruction through to completion
Whether you are a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or an experienced conveyancer with the relevant practical experience, the firm is interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate the right level of residential property expertise.
