SK Professionals are currently recruiting for a Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor / CLC to join an established residential property team in Edgbaston.
The role is open to NQ candidates through to experienced conveyancers, provided you are fully qualified and have hands-on experience managing residential property sales and purchases from start to finish.
You’ll be joining a friendly team of 9 and, for the right candidate, there is an opportunity to progress into a second-in-command position within the team.
Key requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, CLC or equivalent
- Residential conveyancing experience
- Strong experience handling both sales and purchases
- Able to manage a caseload independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- No business development responsibilities
This is an office-based position with on-site parking, offering a salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
