The Opportunity
SK Professionals are working with a well-established, multi-office law firm in the Midlands, recognised in the Legal 500, who are looking to expand their existing Private Client team with the appointment of a Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a respected firm with a strong regional presence, an established client base and ambitious plans for continued growth.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the continued development of the Private Client department, managing a varied caseload while contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the team.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, advising individuals and families on a variety of personal and estate planning issues. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and inheritance tax planning.
- Advising clients on estate planning, wealth preservation and succession matters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Delivering a high standard of client care and commercially focused legal advice.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the Private Client team.
- Identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to the department's wider business development objectives.
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced Private Client Solicitors who are looking to take the next step in their career within an established and growing regional law firm.
Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters.
- Experience managing your own caseload and advising clients independently.
- Excellent communication, organisational and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach, with an interest in contributing to the continued growth of a successful department.
We are particularly interested in solicitors operating at Senior Associate level who are looking for a new challenge within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
