We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our friendly finance team in Leeds.

The Role As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the finance department, ensuring financial records are accurate and processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include: * Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently * Raising sales invoices and customer statements * Reconciling supplier and customer accounts * Performing bank reconciliations * Preparing supplier payment runs * Supporting month-end and year-end finance activities * Maintaining accurate financial records * Assisting with costing and manufacturing finance reporting * Supporting credit control activities * Resolving finance queries with suppliers, customers and internal departments * Providing general administrative support to the finance team About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in producing accurate work.
