We are recruiting for a Night Shift Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Tamworth. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone with strong experience within food production or FMCG environments who enjoys working directly on the production floor, solving process issues, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and production teams to support factory performance, minimise downtime, and improve machinery reliability across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
