We are a fast-paced, dynamic and friendly Sales office, where each team members individual skills are valued. As the nucleus of the operation, we pride ourselves on service, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting inter-departmental communications.
The Role:
Answering the phone and appropriately handling enquiries where appropriately trained to do so
Answering customer enquiries regarding prices, availability of products, progress of orders and any other queries
Inputting sales orders on the in-house systems
.Liaising directly with Sales Managers to gain pricing information
.Actively cross-sell products, stay abreast of incoming new products, take an interest in USPs
.To liaise with the relevant inter-departmental personnel and customers regarding any issues with customer orders
.Raise and communicate internal admin documents to cover new and existing products
.Maintain customer relationships and rapport
.To maintain our reputation for a high level of Customer Service
.Be prepared to offer support and help to all colleagues
.Any other task as required that you are trained to do and happy to undertake.
Hours and salary:
Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5pm 42.5 Hours per week
Salary negotiable
