We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of learning and development activities across the organisation.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in training, employee development, HR, and people development.
Youll work closely with the L&D Manager to coordinate training, support employees with their learning needs, and help create engaging learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and administer training courses, workshops and learning programmes.
Organize training schedules and learning materials, Physically train employees on various job roles on the production lines.
Maintain accurate training records and learning databases.
Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Assist with the creation and updating of training materials, presentations and resources.
Help manage the organisations Learning Management System (LMS).
Gather feedback from learners and help evaluate the effectiveness of training.
Produce basic reports and analyse learning and development data.
Support internal learning events, workshops and employee development initiatives.
Respond to employee queries relating to training and learning opportunities.
Assist with wider HR and people-development projects when required.
About you
You may be suitable for this role if you have: An interest in Learning & Development, HR, training or employee engagement.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, positive and willing-to-learn approach.
The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at different levels.
Some experience in administration, customer service, education, training or HR is desirable but not always essential.
