About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Administrator to support our Accounts Payable function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance administration and ensuring the smooth processing of invoices, queries, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and printing invoices
  • Data entry, including supplier returns and credit notes
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for returns and credit notes
  • Speaking with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Processing and checking monthly supplier statements
  • Filing and matching delivery notes to invoices
  • Sorting and filing fuel receipts
  • Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
