As Area Sales Manager for the North London territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a well-established customer base of plumbing and heating merchants, bathroom showrooms, and independent retailers. This is a key territory, and we are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused individual who can deliver commercial results while strengthening our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the specified postcode areas.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within your region.
- Promote the full product range, ensuring stockists and partners are fully informed and engaged.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits to accounts, maintaining a strong customer service ethos.
- Deliver on monthly sales targets, KPIs, and territory plans.
- Support customers with merchandising, training, and promotional activity.
- Liaise with internal departments (Customer Services, Logistics, Product Management) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape sales strategy and product development.
- Proven sales experience within the bathroom, plumbing, or broader KBB sector (merchant or manufacturer side).
