Location: Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas
Salary: up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:
Install commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Deliver projects with professionalism and technical expertise
Maintain strong communication and customer care
Continuously develop technical skills and embrace new technologies
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 2079 – F-Gas & ODS (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning installation
Desired (but not essential):
IPAF / PASMA / CSCS certification
Qualities
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong interest in the industry
Willingness to develop and progress through structured training
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
