Location - Gloucester (Head Office) with regular travel. SK Heating and Cooling Ltd is a leading specialist in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and Heating, serving commercial clients across Gloucestershire.

We're looking for an Air Conditioning Projects Engineer to join our installation team based in Gloucester. You'll be responsible for surveying, sizing, costing, and managing air conditioning installation projects of all sizes — from domestic to large commercial and industrial applications. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey, design, and specify air conditioning systems.
  • Prepare accurate costings, quotations, and project documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate installations from start to finish.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Hands-on experience in air conditioning and a solid understanding of project delivery.
  • Pride in organisation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience within the Air Conditioning industry.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

Preferred but not essential requirement:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent preferred).
