The Role
SK Heating & Cooling Ltd is seeking an ambitious Client Relationship Manager to take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of key service and maintenance contract accounts across our HVAC and Refrigeration business. This is a commercially accountable role, focused not only on protecting existing revenue but on growing account value by a minimum of 10% year‑on‑year through proactive relationship management, upselling of services, and identification of new opportunities within existing client estates. You will be the senior point of contact for your clients, responsible for service delivery, account performance, and commercial growth.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned client contract accounts, including service delivery, retention, and commercial performance
- Drive minimum 10% annual growth across existing accounts through upselling, contract optimisation, and added‑value service offerings
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships, positioning SKHC as a trusted partner rather than a contractor
- Identify and convert "missing services" to maximise full HVAC and Refrigeration coverage
- In collaboration with our estimating teams, prepare, present, and commercially justify detailed quotations for contract PPM, system upgrades, and remedial works
- Ensure all accounts operate in line with SKHC procedures, KPIs, and financial controls
- Act as the conduit between clients, engineering teams, helpdesk, and senior management
- Negotiate contract terms and renewals to protect margin and secure long‑term commitments
- Maintain accurate compliance, service records, and reporting via CAFM (Clik) and back‑office systems
- Attend and lead client review meetings, presenting performance, improvement plans, and growth strategies
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Proven experience managing and growing contract accounts within a Service & Maintenance environment
- Demonstrable track record of achieving revenue growth within existing customer bases
- Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge, negotiate, and influence clients
- Experience managing account financial performance
- Working knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration services (industry experience highly advantageous)
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into commercial opportunities
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, and CAFM systems
