We’re a growing accounting and tax consultancy looking for someone eager to get stuck in. This isn’t a “make the tea and watch from the sidelines” kind of internship — you’ll be actively involved in how we market ourselves, build client relationships, and show up in our industry. If you’re curious, motivated, and want real experience in a professional services setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing & Social Media: You’ll help keep our social media channels active and on-brand, support updates to our website, and assist in planning our events and marketing calendar throughout the year.
  • Events & Networking: You’ll research and book relevant industry events, attend them alongside our team, and capture content along the way — think photos, short write-ups, anything that helps us tell the story of where we’ve been and who we’ve met.
  • Business Development: You’ll get hands‑on with the commercial side of things — helping with lead generation, researching prospects, and drafting client‑facing emails alongside our Business Development Manager.
  • Admin & Record‑Keeping: You’ll keep things organised behind the scenes: logging outreach activity, tracking leads, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience, but you should be someone who communicates well, takes initiative, and is comfortable representing the firm at external events. A genuine interest in marketing or business development goes a long way, and being organised is a must.

What You’ll Get

Genuinely useful, practical experience — not just CV filler. You’ll get exposure to real business development strategy and the chance to build your professional network. This initial stage is focused entirely on developing your foundational skills in a supportive environment. You will also receive reimbursement for all travel and meal expenses during the training phase. After the three months, we’ll review how things have gone. Strong performers may be offered an extension or the opportunity to move into a paid apprenticeship role.

Requirements

  • Experience: Required
  • Languages: English – Advanced
  • Employment: Full‑time
